At Splash and Dash Swim Lessons, we believe learning to swim should be safe, fun, and engaging. We're passionate about teaching life-saving skills in a supportive environment where kids (and adults!) can grow in confidence and capability. As we expand, we're looking for reliable, patient, and enthusiastic swim instructors to join our tight-knit team!

Team Member Duties:

• Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure safety, fun, and progress during every lesson
• Provide personalized feedback and encouragement
• Communicate with parents or guardians about student development
• Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all swimmers

Team Member Requirements:

• Confident swimmer with strong knowledge of swim techniques
• Great with kids and able to connect with learners of all ages
• Reliable, friendly, and professional
• Previous swim instruction or coaching experience is a plus—but not required!
• CPR/First Aid & Lifeguard Certification is a MUST
• Reliable transportation
